Account and pet information
Your email is used for sign-in and account verification. Your profile, pet details and selected photos are stored with Supabase in Singapore. Eligible members can see your discovery profile and pet photos; your sign-in email is not shown on pet cards.
Conversations and safety
Messages are stored to restore your conversations across sessions. Connected members can read their conversation. Reports and relevant account information may be reviewed by the operator to address abuse. Conversations are not end-to-end encrypted.
Optional location
Location is optional. A coarse area is saved to prioritize closer pets, expires from discovery after 24 hours, and can be removed in Discover. Other members receive approximate distance information, not your coordinates. There is no background location tracking.
On this device
Sign-in credentials are kept in the system Keychain. Unconfirmed outgoing messages and simulated Demo chats are stored locally. Signing out clears those local conversations; sent real messages remain in your account.
Notifications
Where notifications are available, enabling them stores this device's registration and Apple push token to deliver real invitations, connections and message alerts through Apple. Notification previews do not include message text. You can use the app without granting permission and turn off notifications on this device in Profile.
Deletion and backups
Use Delete account in Profile to request removal of your account, profile, pets, photos and associated conversations. A failed request is not confirmation of deletion; contact support if its outcome is unclear. Backups may retain copies after removal from the active service. Contact the operator for the current backup retention arrangements.
Support and Demo content
Support emails are used to reply to you and are deleted when you request it. Demo pets are AI-created examples. Their simulated conversations stay separate from real members and do not generate real notifications.
